With over 20 years of international professional experience including 13+ years in HR and recruitment across the Middle East, Julia Dupree brings both strategic depth and human warmth to every engagement. She has helped organizations scale from 75 to 500+ employees, opened offices across multiple countries, and led high-impact initiatives in recruitment, DEI, wellbeing, and leadership development.
Julia’s unique lens blends deep regional fluency with a global perspective. A French national based in the UAE for over 17 years, she partners with startups and SMEs to build people-first cultures and scale HR with intention.
